Atoya Burleson is a wife, mother and entrepreneur.
Atoya attended the University of Nevada where she earned a BS in psychology as well as a Masters in Education. Her first job out of college as a role with the NCAA compliance department where she became acutely aware of the challenges women face in sports and that experience started her journey to shine a spotlight on the challenges and struggles women face everyday as well as the inspirational paths they take to overcome that adversity.
When she isn't working on her podcast, Atoya focuses on the other important things in her life including her amazing husband Nate Burleson (CBS Morning Host, Former NFL Player) and her three kids.
Tia Avril is a wife, mother, homemaker and podcast host.
Tia attended Purdue University where she studied Industrial Engineering. She went on to work for Newell Rubbermaid where she served in many roles including a Process and Quality Engineer as well as a Packaging Engineer working on a design team to create a plethora of products you may use daily! She also served as a Global Voice & Data Transport buyer for Ford Motor Company. Her experience in male-dominated fields and at male-dominated companies gave her a unique perspective that women in the workforce deal with everyday. It was those experiences as well as conversations with her friends that inspired her to start a podcast that would dig deep into women's lives with the hopes of inspiring others that are on a similar path.
When she isn't working on her podcast, Tia helps her incredible husband Cliff Avril (Philanthropist, Former NFL Player, and Real Estate Developer) with his charity work as well as raising her two adorable boys.
